Tyler Collins is the editor for Oakville News. Originally from Campbellton, New Brunswick, he's lived in Oakville more than 20 years. Tyler is a proud Sheridan College graduate of both Journalism and Performing Arts.

He began writing for Oakville News in 2016, first as an arts and local events reporter before later becoming assistant editor. In addition to editing, he continues reporting on local events and arts in Halton, including as host of the Oakville Film Festival.
