A little uncertain weather couldn't keep car enthusiasts from motoring into Cookstown on Sunday.
The Innisfil Beach Cruisers car club hosted its Cookstown Classic Car and Truck Show on Sunday, Aug. 18 at the Georgian Bay Steam Show grounds.
The third annual show included an assortment of antique vehicles and modern cars, trucks and bikes.
“A major portion will go to the Innisfil Food Bank and, depending on how much we take in, the remaining will go to local charities,” club photographer and social-media promoter, Walter Rosenberger, told Village Media recently.
The club also hosts a free weekly gathering at Innisfil Beach Park every Thursday until September. More details on the club can be found on its Facebook page.
