Mariposa Folk Festival

The historic Mariposa Folk Festival takes place this weekend at Tudhope Park in Orillia, including a special performance by Bruce Cockburn. Other performers will include Bahamas, Band of Horses, Dwayne Gretzky, and Maestro Fresh Wes. CLICK HERE FOR MORE

After Dark dance show

Country and Western Showcase

The Rec Room in south-end Barrie hosts the Country and Western Showcase, with Falcon Jane and others. Featuring acts from the Simcoe County area, this event at Park Place will focus on the art of songwriting and story telling. CLICK HERE FOR MORE

Barrie Farmers' Market 

Every weekend, the downtown market at city hall features more than 70 local farmers, musicians, artisans, bakers. It runs from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., rain or shine, at the corner of Collier and Mulcaster streets. CLICK HERE FOR MORE
