ComiCon at Barrie Curling Club

Saturday's event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Essa Road facility, will include vendors with toys, video games, jewelry and "pretty much anything geeky cool."

Parkinsons SuperWalk takes over Sunnidale Park

Annual walk in Barrie, which will raise money and awareness for Canadians living with Parkinson's disease, goes from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Barrie Game Exchange at Eastview Arena

This event takes place Sunday and will feature "Canada's largest video game swap," as well as collectibles, pop-culture items, original art and toys.
