A round of rainy weather tonight and Thursday.
A disturbance over Kansas will journey towards the Great Lakes today.
Rain is forecast to spread into the Great Lakes region tonight and continue for much of the day Thursday.
General rainfall amounts are expected to be significant, likely in the 25 to 40 mm range.
Some flooding is possible given recent significant rain or snowfall events across the area.
Rainfall warnings may be required if significant impacts from heavy rain become more certain.
