As many as 700 anglers are expected to take part in the 11th Annual Ice Fishing Tournament in Barrie.

Lineups for breakfast started this morning at the Southshore Centre and will continue in staggered sittings until the fishing starts around noon.

There is $50,000 in prizes and cash given away each year including a snowmobile, a boat and trailer and an ATV Mule.

The tournament to date has raised over $300,000 for local charities and community groups.
