TAY TOWNSHIP – Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) would like to advise the public of a 40’ steel vessel that will be re-locating today from Midland Town dock to a residence in Victoria Harbour.
This vessel will be breaking ice along the shoreline in order to get to the destination.
The vessel is being re-located for safety reasons.
The OPP would like to advise the residents in the area to be aware that there may be broken ice as well as thin ice along the shoreline from Midland to Victoria Harbour.
