Innisfil town council inauguration set for Dec. 5

Members of the community are encouraged to attend the Inauguration Ceremony of the Town of Innisfil Council on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018 at 7 p.m.

At the ceremony, Council Elect will be sworn-in by the Municipal Clerk, and will recite the Declaration of Office for the upcoming 2018-2022 Council term. Following the swearing-in, Council Members will provide remarks and Mayor Dollin will give her inaugural address.

Immediately following, a small reception will be held and members of the public will have the opportunity to meet the new Council.

Regular Council meetings will resume on Wednesday, Dec. 12, which will be the last Council meeting before the holiday break. The first Council Meeting of the New Year is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019.
