Mandy Thompson walked out the door of her Laidlaw Drive home at 7:30 a.m. last Friday.
With the exception of about ten seconds of security camera video, the 72-year-old senior who has dementia hasn't been seen since.
A large joint forces search effort will continue this morning on the outskirts of Barrie on the ground and in the sky if weather permits.
Barrie Police and the OPP combined resources this week to scour fields, buildings, sheds, barns and properties to hunt for any sign of Thompson.

Officers tramp through deep snow on foot, ride snowmobiles and employ their K9 units.
The search shifted focus to Oro-Medonte on Monday after a business owner came forward with security video showing a woman believed to be Mandy walking along Penetanguishene Road at 10 a.m. last Friday.
Then later this week, a second tipster came forward with more video that shows a black truck towing a vehicle on Penetanguishene Road around 11 a.m. near Napoleon Home Comfort.
Police are appealing to that driver as a witness who might have seen Mandy.
The search continues to expand in the northeast end of Barrie encompassing the areas of Oro-Medonte east of Penetanguishene Road.
