Local restaurants, cafes, and shops will also be open, offering seasonal specials to mark the Thanksgiving holiday. Pumpkin spice is in season downtown.

“This is the perfect way to celebrate Thanksgiving with the community,” says Ali Oakes, business owner and Downtown Barrie BIA director. “It’s a great opportunity to enjoy the beauty of downtown Barrie, support local businesses, and have fun with the whole family.”
