If you’re thinking about updating your skills or continuing your education, you probably have lots of questions. Our staff will help you explore your options and provide answers at Georgian’s Part-time Studies Info Night.
“To stay competitive in today’s fast-paced work environment, it’s important for everyone to update their skills on a continual basis,” said Mary Johnston, Director of Part-time Studies and Workforce Development. “At Georgian, we make professional development and lifelong learning easy by offering a large selection of part-time courses in flexible formats.”
Drop by the Barrie Campus between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23 and learn more about Part-time Studies programs and courses including bookkeeping, photography, practical nursing, project management, therapeutic recreation and more. You will also:
- Learn about part-time program and course options.
- Learn what it means to be a part-time student.
- Learn how to enrol.
- Learn about all the available resources to help you get started.
We will be waiving the fee for any part-time applications completed that evening.
RSVP or you can just drop in. Family and friends are welcome. Parking is free for Part-time Studies Info Night guests. You will receive detailed instructions about how to access complimentary parking when you RSVP online. Please don’t park in the metered lot as we won’t be able to reimburse you.
