Area football referees association looking for new officials

GEORGIAN BAY FOOTBALL OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION

The Georgian Bay Football Officials Association is actively looking for new members to join our group to officiate spring and fall tackle football for Barrie and Simcoe county. 

The association is responsible for all minor and high school tackle football games.

Recent retirements and planned expansion in 2022 will cause a severe shortage of certified officials.

Clinics and training are being planned in March for any female and male prospects. This can be done in person or online. Spring/summer games are generally on weekends and high school games in the fall are on weekday afternoons.

Minor football fall games are also on weekends.
