Mind to Muscle is thrilled to announce its upcoming move on Sept. 16 to a brand-new, larger location at 351 King St., units 5 and 6, Barrie.
This new venue is conveniently situated just a 10-minute drive from our current site and remains easily accessible from Highway 400, ensuring a seamless commute for all members.
Why the move?
We’re thrilled to announce that, thanks to the incredible support and expanding clientele, we’re introducing a wider range of programs and training options, along with a spacious training area featuring professional-grade astro turf and a longer track for speed work and conditioning.
This expansion strengthens our role as the official sport science partner of the OHL Barrie Colts and the Simcoe County Rovers, allowing us to provide additional on-site services such as sport nutrition, mental performance, and advanced scientific testing.
