This fall, Rogers TV offers local viewers a vibrant lineup of locally produced programming to inform, entertain, and most importantly to discover the place we call home.
Rogers TV, cable 10, launched its fall schedule this week with new lifestyle series Let’s Be Perfectly Queer with Randy Davis, returning weekly talk show Viewpoint with Ron and Leeann plus the return of Barrie Colts Hockey and Colts in an Hour.
“We’ve curated a selection of shows that truly cater to the diverse range of interests in the Simcoe County region. We are proud to continue the journey with our viewers, bringing unique stories and sights from our neighbourhoods,” said Kevin Kelly, station manager, Rogers TV Simcoe County.
Additionally, with the upcoming Federal Election in October, Simcoe County region voters can turn to Rogers TV as we bring key local issues to the forefront with All Candidate Meetings for the Barrie – Springwater – Oro Medonte riding on Tuesday, October 8th and for the Barrie Innisfil riding on Thursday, October 10th.
New shows:
- Let’s Be Perfectly Queer with Randy Davis – Friday, Sept. 20 at 10 p.m. Celebrating inclusion, equality, love and support in the LGBTQ+ community with topics on health and wellness, family challenges, relationships, the reality of life, sexual identity, and so much more.
- Between Sets with Church – Monday, Sept. 16 at 11 p.m. Barrie musician Ian Churchward features Simcoe County musicians performing their original material and talking shop!
- Collingwood Colts Jr. A Hockey – Saturday, Sept. 21 at 11 a.m. A new team has joined the OJHL and Rogers tv will be there to cover it! Watch Collingwood Colts Jr. A Hockey to see the future stars of the OHL with this exciting brand of hockey.
Returning shows:
- Viewpoint with Ron and Leeann – Friday, Sept. 20 at 9 p.m. Barrie’s issue-based talk show examining the week’s top headlines and its impact on your community.
- INFO Simcoe – Monday, Sept. 16 at 6 p.m. Showcasing community and special events happening across Simcoe County.
- Hitting Home with Mike and Arif – Monday, September 23 at 6:30 p.m. News and views of the dynamics of real estate ownership, investment and financing in Simcoe County.
