BRADFORD - During the last two weeks, a number of thefts from unattended vehicles in Bradford have been reported to South Simcoe Police. Investigators were able to obtain surveillance footage which was shared with the public on social media.
Through investigation, officers were able to identity a suspect. On Tuesday, June 6, 2017, an 18-year-old Bradford man was arrested and charged with 6 counts of theft under $5,000, 6 counts of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of use stolen credit card.
He was released on strict curfew and will appear in court in July. More charges may be laid in the next few weeks.
