SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP - On June 16, 2017 at approximately 5:20 p.m. members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Springwater Fire Department and Simcoe County Paramedics responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle and another motor vehicle at Hwy #26 and Anne Street North.
Deceased is Jeffrey Plunkett 26 years of age from Barrie.
The investigation into this fatal motor vehicle collision is ongoing with the assistance of Central Region of the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation (TTCI) Unit.
