BRADFORD - On Tuesday, May 30, 2017 a 32-year-old Bradford man entered a local pharmacy and approached the pharmacist making numerous inquiries.

The man was able to distract the pharmacist long enough to be able to (allegedly) hide items from store shelves in his jacket. He then left the store without paying for any of the items.

It was later discovered the man was seen on store video committing the thefts. Officers investigated and eventually located the man and arrested him later in the day.

The man was already out on criminal charges with York Regional Police and on Probation for similar offences. He was held for a bail hearing and now faces charges of theft under $5,000 and breach of probation.
