INNISFIL - Four youths are facing charges after a swarming type of assault. On Sunday, June 4, 2017, around 4 p.m., a witness called 9-1-1 after seeing a group of youths assaulting another near the Innisfil Library. The victim, who suffered only minor injuries, was able to identify the youths.
They were all located in various nearby locations and arrested.
A 16-year-old and a 14-year-old, both from Innisfil, were charged with assault and disguise with intent. Two other youths were charged with assault.
All have been given a future court date and released on strict curfews and non-contact orders.
