On Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017 at approximately 12:35 p.m., the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a shoplifting incident at a local business in Tottenham, Town of New Tecumseth, where two suspects took a bottle of alcohol.
On Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017 at approximately 12:39 a.m., the Nottawasaga OPP responded to a break and enter at a local business in Tottenham, Town of New Tecumseth. Two suspects gained entry into the building by breaking the front window and then took cases of alcohol.
As a result of the police investigation, two male suspects were identified. Both males were determined to be involved in the shoplifting and break and enter incidences.
Allen Serdiukov, age 18 of New Tecumseth, has been arrested and charged with:
- Break and enter
- Theft under $5,000
Serdiukov will attend a bail hearing on Aug. 30, 2017 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie.
A warrant has been issued for the second male.
