From the Ontario Court of Justice, Bradford, Aug. 31, 2017
Jason Billingham, age 40, of Newmarket, ON., guilty plea to four counts of Theft Under, Fail to Comply with Probation and Take Motor Vehicle without Consent. He was given 185 days custody and two years probation. (Billingham was charged in April, 2017, after not returning a borrowed vehicle and numerous thefts)
Frank Cota, age 32, of Bradford, ON., guilty plea to two counts of Theft Under and Fail to Comply with Conditions. He was assessed 106 days custody and two years probation. (Cota was charged in June, 2017, following a residential break-in)
Courtney McIntosh, age 20, of Georgina, ON., Failed to appear on a charge of Fail to Comply with Conditions. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest.
