Provincial police are issuing another appeal for information more than a year after a New Tecumseth man was reported missing.
Derek Perry was 34 when he was reported missing June 17, 2023. He is described as standing five-foot-11 with a medium build and short brown hair. He was known to frequent the Alliston and Barrie areas.
Anyone with information is asked to call OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Information can be provided anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or crimestopperssdm.com.
“Thanksgiving is just around the corner, a time to share special moments with family and friends. The OPP is determined to bring resolution to Derek’s loved ones, who are deeply missing him this time of the year. Anyone with information, no matter how small, is urged to come forward in hopes of reconnecting Derek with family and friends,” Det.-Insp. Jane Conway said in a news release.
