The Huronia West detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is looking for the help of the public as part of an investigation in Wasaga Beach.
On Tuesday around 6 p.m., a young woman reported being the victim of a sexual assault around 45th Street South and Mosely Street.
The suspect, who wasn't known to the victim, was described as a white male, middle aged, and of average height and build.
The investigation is ongoing and police ask that anyone who may have witnesses it or may have video surveillance/dash cam footage to contact the Huronia West OPP detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
