Barrie Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identity a suspect wanted for theft from La Senza, located within the Georgian Mall, at 509 Bayfield Street, in the City of Barrie.
It is estimated that ninety-six pairs of ladies underwear were stolen from La Senza just after 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 25, 2017. Video surveillance captured the incident and has provided police with images of the suspect swiftly removing a stack of underwear from a display table and placing them into his bag, and then exiting the store.
The investigation is ongoing.
The suspect is described as:
- Male, black
- Thin build, 6”4’
- Wearing a red bandanna, white t-shirt, dark pants, flip flops and carrying a large white bag.
