An Innisfil mother had a moment of panic when her jacket with her car keys in the pocket had been taken from an indoor playground off Bryne Drive, in the City of Barrie.

On Wednesday, Mar. 15, 2016 police were called to the indoor play place when a patron realized her jacket, that had been hanging on the communal coat hook, had been taken; inside her pocket the keys to her vehicle that was parked in the parking lot.  

Upon police arrival the vehicle was still in the lot and the complainant had been keeping an eye on it in case anyone attempted to unlock or enter it.  

After a short time speaking to employees and conducting the initial stages of the investigation, the business received a phone call.  

It appeared someone had grabbed the jacket in error and realized once home. The good citizen returned to the indoor play place to return the property to the grateful owner, car keys still secured in the jacket pocket.

Sometimes the good principles learned at the playground stay with us for life.
