The Midland Police Service have charged a third person with respect to the CDSA search warrant executed on Mar. 10, 2017.
Charged is Jordyn Brady Ross-Trewin (20 years of age) from Midland, Ontario with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking- Cocaine s. 5(2) CDSA
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Cocaine s. 4(1) CDSA
- Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking- Cannabis Marijuana under 3kg s. 5(2) CDSA
- Possession of a Schedule II Substance- Cannabis Marihuana over 30 grams s. 4(1) CDSA
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Methylenedioxyamphetamine (Ecstasy/ Molly) s. 4(1) CDSA
This suspect will appear in the Midland Court of Justice on Apr. 20, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.
