Police have released the identity of the man who was killed in a collision Wednesday in Tay Township.
At about 10:15 a.m., Sept. 21, emergency crews responded to a crash involving a pickup truck and a dump truck on Highway 12 between Gratrix and Fraser roads.
The driver of the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have identified the deceased as Joey Baker, 26, of Tay Township.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP said the cause of the collision, which led to the closure of the highway for 12 hours, is still under investigation.
