Provincial police are searching for a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after breaching their statutory release.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad describes 55-year-old Corey Richardson as a Black male standing five-foot-seven and weighing 189 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Richardson has several tattoos, including:
- Left shoulder — "Lord is King"
- Right upper arm — Malcolm X with a rifle
- Left side of chest — "Christina," rose and heart
- Right forearm — ACC
- Right calf — Rose and "Kim"
- Upper back — "LOCO NEGRA"
The OPP says Richardson, who is serving a 13-year sentence for 13 counts of robbery, is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
