My condolences Leo and family. Margaret was a really good person and I missed seeing her the last few years at the gym.

I would also like to express my gratitude to all the volunteers who work tirelessly at maintaining our trails. Also, the landowners who unselfishly share their property with us receive no benefits. Snowmobiling brings a huge amount of business to the local economy, which is especially needed in the off-season months.

Norm used to run Roscos at at the top of Stanton Drive, the same road I lived on back in the 90s. Always enjoyed chatting with Norm. He was a wonderful man—my condolences to his family.

Thank you, David. The research done on the Red Oaks was fascinating. I have seen our native Red Maples (acer rubrum) in the southern states so I am assuming that there are other trees that are adaptable to the various climates.

Most schools lack parking for pickup and dropoff of children. Notre Dame is no exception and in my opinionn, one of the worst for this and presents a dangerous situation when parents/guardians are parked on both sides of the road with small shoulders to park on. The designers of all future schools should include this in thier plans for the sake of our children.
Although neccesary, installing no parking signs is not the solution.

It would be interesting to know the reduction in emissions compared to a 4-way stop. Most likely much more than we realize when multiplied by 100's of vehicles per day over a year's span. Every effort counts.

My heartfelt condolences. Paul and Jean were clients of mine years ago at their home on Bass Lake. I always remember the good ones. Both were great people and I am sure did a great job as parents.
