Tudhope Park was rocking Friday night as popular three-day Mariposa Folk Festival got its groove on

Tudhope Park is once again alive with the sound of music.

The 2024 Mariposa Folk Festival kicked off Friday night under gloomy skies that portended rain. Thankfully, there was not much in the way of precipitation, allowing the thousands of attendees to enjoy the music, food and vendors that give the event a vibe like no other.

More than 60 artists will perform over the weekend at the various stages throughout Tudhope Park. Today, on the Lightfoot main stage, Irish Mythen, Jesse Cook, Amigo The Devil, Noah Cyrus and Band of Horses are among the performers.

There are also unique workshops, lots of food choices, an artisans village, and much more. Click here for details.
