Police looking for theft suspects with expensive taste in liquor

The Barrie Police have recently obtained surveillance video of a theft from the LCBO located at 37 Caplan Avenue, in the City of Barrie, dating back to Friday, Aug. 19, 2016.

Two females entered the store at 5 p.m. circling around the isles until one selected a bottle of Hennessy Cognac, concealing it in her re-useable shopping bag. 

Simultaneously, the second female was in the vodka isle concealing a bottle of Ciroc Vodka in her re-useable shopping bag. 

Both females joined up again and exited the store where they were confronted by the lost prevention officer. They immediately fled jumping in a getaway vehicle parked just outside.

Female #1 description:

  • Female, bi-racial
  • Red hair in pony tail
  • Wearing black long sleeve shirt, white shorts, flip flops, large black purse, and carrying a black and white re-usable bag

Female #2 description:

  • Female, white
  • Wearing black tank top, black pants, black flip flops, and a large black purse
