Update (12:10 p.m.): Sgt. Kerry Schmidt, with the OPP's Highway Safety Division, said he expects the affected Highway 400 lanes to be closed for "a few more hours."
There is no word on any possible charges.

ORIGINAL STORY
A transport-truck rollover on Highway 400 in Barrie, south of Mapleview Drive, has closed two middle lanes in both directions this morning.
Ontario Provincial Police say the truck crashed into the median wall around 10 a.m.
Multiple vehicles are involved in the collision and minor injuries have been reported, according to OPP at the scene.
Drivers are to expect heavy traffic delays during the clean-up.
