York Regional Police are seeking four men following an attempted abduction in the parking lot at Vaughan Mills on Friday.
Police responded to multiple reports of a woman being kidnapped from the mall parking lot mall Aug. 23 at about noon, according to a news release.
A woman was approached by four suspects who forced her into the rear of a vehicle. It is believed the suspects were armed with a firearm, police say.
The vehicle drove a short distance when the victim was able to escape. The victim sustained minor injuries.
The suspects are described as male, Black, thin build, wearing all black, black medical masks and gloves.
The suspect vehicle is a blue, four-door Honda Civic, with Ontario licence plate AXJN850. The vehicle was reported stolen from Toronto on Aug. 20.
Investigators believe the incident is targeted.

Investigators are appealing for any additional witnesses to come forward. It is believed that several witnesses were present and filmed the incident. Officers would like to speak with anyone who may have video surveillance or dashcam footage in the area at the time of the incident.
